Terms of use
Last updated 13 October 2026. These terms apply to the Abhigyan Android app and web app.
What Abhigyan is
Abhigyan helps people prepare for the UPSC Civil Services, Railway Recruitment Board, SSC and IBPS exams with practice questions, an AI study partner and AI feedback on written answers. It is a study aid.
Not official, and not a promise of results
- Abhigyan is not affiliated with UPSC, SSC, IBPS, the Railway Recruitment Boards or any government body. Exam names belong to their owners and are used only to say which exam you are preparing for.
- Exam patterns shown in the app come from public notifications and may be out of date or wrong in places. Always check the latest official notification.
- Questions, explanations, chat replies and marks are written by an AI model and can be wrong. A mark from Abhigyan is an estimate, not what an examiner will give. We do not promise any score, rank or selection.
- Use the Report button on anything that looks wrong or unsafe.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and sign in with your own Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it.
- You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete my account, or see the delete-account page).
Using the service fairly
- Each learner has daily limits on AI messages, answer evaluations and practice questions, shown in the app. They may change.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, copy it at scale, or use it to make a competing question bank.
- Do not submit photos or text that are unlawful, harmful, or that belong to someone else and that you have no right to use.
- We may limit or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
Your content
You keep ownership of your answers, photos and messages. You give us permission to process them, including by sending them to our AI model provider, only to run the features you use and to keep the service safe and working. See the privacy policy.
Our content
The app, its design and the questions and explanations it generates for you are provided for your personal study. Do not republish them as your own or sell them.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is, during a beta. It may be interrupted or change. We may update these terms; if the change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Abhigyan is not responsible for losses that come from relying on its content, from exam outcomes, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
